The 5th Grade Christmas Concert

Christina McDoogle
plays her bugle
every night at six.
Fred Crumpet
practices trumpet
while munching on Kix.
Emily Zoot
toots her flute
as the conductor waves a stick.
Julie Barnett
blows the clarinet
but can't play a lick.
Billy Jerome
squeaks his trombone
that Lisa Simon has lent.
The audience claps
for they are nice chaps
and the awful concert has ended!
