3.1.1 Use an Internet search engine to find information on three different Desktop Video Conferencing software programs.

Copy and paste the information for each into a Word document and include the URL address for each one.

3.1.1 Now, using an on-line computing dictionary, find the definitions for the following words:

ISDN, modem, and camera (in the context of video conferencing).

Copy and paste each definition into the Word document created above. Add your name and today's date and print out as evidence.

3.1.2 Switch on the desktop conferencing equipment in the correct manner paying attention to the instructions given.

3.1.3 Make a conference call.

3.2.1 Communicate interactively with someone at a connected location using text.

3.2.2 Discuss with someone at a connected location an image which is being shared by you both.

3.2.3 Save the shared text and image files.

3.2.4 Transfer file to the other connected user.

3.1.5 Exit the call in the correct manner and close down the equipment.
