Attaching Files to Email Messages in First Class
- Open First Class
- Click on the Message menu
- Choose - New Message
- Fill in the Subject and To boxes
- Now go to File on the menu bar and click on Attach File
- When the Open window pops up find the directory in which your file is stored
- Use your mouse pointer and click on the file name and then the Open button
- You will now see the file being attached to the document
- Send as usual by clicking the X in the top right corner of the message and choose the Send Now button
- Re-open the message (not the attachment) and print a copy of it to prove that you have completed the task
