Numbers
The Fianna have populated West Virginia from the beginning of the Eastern settlement period, and still bear the vast majority of weres in the state.  In fact, West Virginia has the most concentrated Fianna popluation outside the British Isles, nearly 1/4 the number of Garou in the state.  They have numerous Caerns of all power levels.     

Location
Fianna can be found in every town and village and national park in the state.  They, better than any tribe save the Glass Walkers and Bone Gnawers, have integrated themselves into the culture of West Virginia.  Indeed, they are a solid part of the state culture, though the mundanes have no idea.  

Relationship with Other Tribes
The Fianna are accepted and appreciated.  They supplied the vast army that was (and yet may be again) integral in the Great Vampire Hunt and the War of the Woods.  The Elder on the Council is the 3rd-most powerful member and is constantly defending his position from the Shadow Lord representative (who is always jockeying for position).
