The Morovekki are an anomoly of the Galaxy.  They developed nearly identicaly to humans, except with one major genetic difference.  


Somehow in the evolutionary past of the Morovekki, the species developed a Variable Physical Defensive/Offensive Genetic Modulation.  This is the staggering trait that causes all Morovekki to be born with what we would call Super Abilities.  Enhanced ST is the most common (nearly 80% of the population has a very high ST), followed by Increased Speed and flight.

Psychologically, the Morovekki are almost identical to human beings.  A Human on Morovek 3 would be hard-pressed to find any glaring differences in Morvek culture.

This similarity (and propensity for incredible powers) has given the Secret Masters pause.  There are rumblings within the MiB that the Morovekki will be the first and only race to be recruited for MiB, though many still find the idea revolting.
