Converting the Rifts RCCs and races to GURPS usually consists of just the attribute conversion, the MDC to DR conversion (which is direct 1:1), and then converting the specific racial powers. One thing I�ll say about Palladium. Many of the same concepts as GURPS. Easily converted. I�ve put some of the stranger powers here, and have converted a few of the races.
