Ley-Line Walker

Ley Line Walker abilities.  I have decided to 
put them there to make them available to anyone 
who wants them, with sufficient explanation.  
Make note that the Ley Line Walker may choose all 
or none of the ley-line walker abilities! I have 
decided to make it thus in order to have more 
specialization and more variety among 
LLWalkers.

Dragons

Here is where the character creation process 
gets wacky.  Dragons are REALLY powerful.  
Consequently, most starting players won�t get 
to make one, if the GM follows my take on the 
rules (150 points for starting characters, 300 
for experienced ones, 750 for super-being heroes.)  
And to think, I was letting my players pit 
these guys against 1st-level Headhunters?!?!?
