Finally! It's all up there! I hope you get some benefit out of it.
Rifts isn't much like GURPS. Many things in Rifts are restriced by
the fact that they are "standard." This fact has caused me untold headaches
in attempting to convert the various racial abilities. For instance, the
Vampires of Vampire Kingdoms basically ALL do the same thing and to the same
degree and power; they all transform into mist with the same thoroughness,
time, etc. I wish to do it differently, in order to allow some
more differentiation between individuals. So, consequently, many
of the races and OCCs have no point totals. This is usually because
they have a certain power (ie Body of Air) that would be at
different power levels between characters. It is up to the player or GM
making the character to determine what levels of these powers is most appropriate
for his particular character.
