The campaign had its modest beginnings. The escape lasted a full session (about 3 or 4 hours), during which the PCs 1)boarded a bullet train, 2)killed a good number of Nazi guards when one of the PCs went berserk with a submachine gun 3)attempted to stop the train with a Reich-5 notebook computer 4)were wounded incredibly badly with a critical failure on the Hacking skill, sending all the occupants of the control room into the windshield. Ironically, the PC with the most damage (a shattered kneecap) had a High Threshold for Pain, whereas the rest of the group were continually struggling with their task of creating a winch to lower the kneecap-injured PC to the ground. It was fun, I must admit, and caused us to continue the campaign for most of last year.
