[LdyAshlynn] Ok, this is how we do our shields
[Markus] sheets are the best style of shields right? they reflect the energy

[RalphM] sheets of shields are the best and most powerful way!
[Kelticess] sorta like an umbrella? or literally like a sheild such as knights used?
[Markus] more like a blanket Kelt
[RalphM] the sheets keep out all negativity and allow you power to be insulated in your own energy
[Markus] Imagine you see a sheet in front of you, and walk into it.
The first sheet is your own choice of color, this is your "power color," one that holds a significance in your personal life
are most effective for the bottom layer. The power color is for support of your inner energy.
[Kelticess] like a doorway?
[Markus] not really, like a Blanket. Stretched out in front of you, and walk into it, allwoing it to fold around you.
"Cocoon" type, no spaces.
[Markus] once that layer is in place, form another blanket... this time, step through it the other way, so the "creases" are covered
[Nessa] the other way?
[RalphM] yes... that is VERY important!!
Markus nods...you dont want any "leaks"
[RalphM] creases are neg energy access
[Markus] stepping backward will overlap the seams
[Markus] make the Second one White
[Kelticess] how many blankets do you have?
[Markus] 2 layers, 3 constricts energy flow, and therefore so does 4 and 5 layers
[Kelticess] ok :)
[Kelticess] so its kind of like vaccume sealing you?
[Markus] yep...like Seran wrap
[RalphM] you can even seal the creases
[Markus] then the second sheet is white, it is reflective to the energy
[Markus] that is the best kind of shield
[Markus] some use absorption shields, but then it eventually filters through aftre the shield gets "saturated," and leaks through anyway,
which is no good
[Sheldon] what if you are drawn to a color scheme?
[Markus] solid colors work best, one for each layer. If you mix colors in one sheet it makes the effect distribution uneven
[Sheldon] well for some reason I have a great fascination for dusk clouds, iridescent pink to very dark purple
[Markus] kewl Sheldon, then chose one of them for you bottom layer.
[RalphM] you do want a color to absorb the positive energies!
[Markus] they will regardless ralph, the shields are designed to prohibit negative energies from getting in, but do not prevent positive flows.
[RalphM] positive energies EMPOWER the shield ... like a battery
[Sheldon] I don't have to be in a meditatiove state or anything?
[Markus] it would help if you were in Alpha Shel... the energies flow more smoothly, but it is not Absolutely necessary
[Sheldon] I could just imagine this while I'm driving to work?
[Markus] no, you have to focus on it, or the shields will be weak
