[Ralph] how do energy balls help?
[Ashlynn] Or in the old days called 'witch balls'
[Ashlynn] (Now witch-balls are a diff thing)
[Ashlynn] There are many things you can do with them
[Ashlynn] First take your hands, palms facing each other
[Ashlynn] 6-8 in away
[Ashlynn] Slightly bring them closer together
[Ashlynn] You should feel warmth and resistance
[Ashlynn] try this
[Ralph] like chi
[Ashlynn] what have you noted?
[Ralph] I noted that I am more aware of the feel of the blood pumping in me fingers
[Ashlynn] No warmth? No resistance? move them to n fro
[Ralph] yes both ... warmth & resistence
[Ashlynn] good, that's the energy ball forming
[Ashlynn] build it by the to n fro
[Ashlynn] then when it starts feeling heavy, solid or warm, cup your fingers down, forming a snowball
[Ralph] about as big as a baseball?
[Ashlynn] yup
[Ashlynn] any luck?
[Ralph] i feel it slightly ... do not see it
[Ashlynn] ok, now this ball is formed ever tighter, then you can throw it like a softball or dodge ball
[Ashlynn] The person rcv the ball should feel warmth
[Ashlynn] the ball does not leak, it's sealed by osmatic energy
