This one is not a salt, so there are no ions. It is composed of two non-metals, and has covalent bonds. When two non-metals for a compound, the name tells us exactly how many atoms of each element are present.

The silicon atom is in the middle of the four chloride atoms, which are arranged in a tetrahedral structure. The tetrahedron shape allows the chlorine atoms to be as far apart from each other as possible.
