he could imagine.. free information. Alas, he found nothing that day except for a man who went by the
name "7ThAngel" offered him a source for getting this free information. Eager to get his free information,
Psionic 98 accepts this mans offer and allows him inject the AnthraxBloodstream. Within a few minutes of recieving his gift Psionic 98
changed in a way that he thought was impossible...he changed into a MadCow. Amazed by this change
he became puzzled. He asked 7Th Angel, 'what does this change have to do with free information'?
7ThAngel replied, 'search the net of this small world and you shall find the answers you search for'.
Within a few hours of searching various systems on the net Psionic 98 started finding information that was
keep secret and hidden for many years. Amazed by his discoveries, Psionic 98 wanted to know why this
man offered him this amazing solution. The man said, 'I wish for this worlds information to be free
governed only by common sense'. Then the man told Psionic 98 about an eleet group of people with this
AnthraxBloodstream, he called this group the «Mad Cowz». Intrigued by this mans offer, he accepts and becomes
a member of the Mad Cowz. As does eveyone else in this group, he recieved a new name..fitting his
personality and ability.. from this day forth he would be known as Loco Cow.
