So the next day we were late to the con AGAIN! We did see something cool when we walked in. Tim was standing in the lobby so I said hi to him and then ran over to the room where the con was at. They started off with videos again and then Tim Omundson was back out again. He said that since he didn't wnat to bore us by repeating everything he said yesterday that he wanted to do something different. So he asked for volunteers from the crowd who liked to act to come up. So of course I came right over. Tim had xeroxed copies of his death scene in Seeds of Faith and said that we were going to play the part of Eli an he was going to be Gabrielle and Ares. The first person to act with him I didn't think did that great...i mean all she did was stand there and read the lines. Then I was up and I did hand motions and actually acted and when it came to the death scene, I just let myself fall backwards and hoped that Tim would know to catch me ad luckily he did. He was all "whoa good death! that was great!" and then the next people went up. I was a little annoyed that everyone who followed me copied my hand motions. When they did the vote thing, the first person, miss no emotion won, I guess she brought a lot of friends with her haha. At least Tim said I had the best death. He gav the winner some weird recipe book and then signed pages of the xeroxed script to the rest of us. Then Tim talked and did autographs.
After that they showed us the top 10 xena moments and I felt myself gettinga little teary eyed in some of the sad ones. The when they showed the Gabrielle Wind Beneath My Wings video I did cry cuz I'm such a huge sap. Kelly looked at me like I was freak and was like omg I can't believe your crying. It i a very touching video ok! Then they did the intermission and I was dressed as Gabrielle in my "made in 2 hours before the con" costume. A couple of people asked for my picture during this time so I happily posed for them. When that was over there was another video and then sleeping time...I mean the auction heh. I was just impatiently waiting or the costume contest cuz I wanted to see what my consolation prize would be. And I wanted to go on stage again. After the auction there was another video and then more bloopers and then finally the costume contest!!
I was the first person who was called up so I got to be on stage the longest. I didn't really pay attention to who won I was too busy looking at the shirt that they were gonna give us. I got the shirt that has all the characters on it. It was huge though so I went and traded it in for another size. I shoul have doen that with my Cleo shirt too cuz that one is HUGE! I can use the Cleo shirt as a nightshirt.
Finally it was time for Vicky to come out! First they showed a video saluting Amazons and then Vicky came out. I think I screamed like I did at the Spice Girls concert back in the day lol. I as the first one up at the mic. I needed to be the first one so I could ask for a hug. When i got to the mic Vicky looked at my costume and said something like, "Look at you," ad I just giggled and then said, "You're one of my favorite actresses and I wanted to know if I could have a hug." and Vicky motioned me for me to come up and said "Come here!" and so I get up on stage and give her a big hug. I told her it was so cool to finally see he up close and I asked if I could take a pic of her. Vicky said sure and dd a cute little pose. After my hug the con dude said no more hug requests so it was a good thing I went first! When i got of the stage I din't feel like going allll the way back to my seat so I just sat in between the aisles up front and took pics and even though I was so close my camera still didnt get any good pics.
Vicky then answered questions, a lt of them were about whether or not Cleo was cancelled and she said they shot some hour eppy's and she is pretty sure that they aren't going to do anymore cuz of some problem with advertising. Se answered a lot of questions about fitness and then one person asked her if she could flex her muscles for us. She flexed her bicep and then she said she would only do more if someone did it with her so guess who volunteered to go up with her, yes it was me! I ran my skinny little self up there and did my best to look like I had soemthing to flex. When someone asked for Vicky to show of her abs she looked at my abs and touched my tummy and was like "Look at you, you have no waist!" I told her she had the perfect body and she said I was sweet. Then the lexing was over and I went back to my normal seat this time all aglow about being on stage with Vicky.
When Vicky did auto's I got to talk to her again. Me and Toney pretty much took up a lot of time telling her we loved her laugh and that she reminded us of this girl we knew. She saidher mom and sister have the same laugh as her and when they are all together and laugh her dad is just like omg what have I done. She told me I have a great spirit and wished me luck in my quest to be an actress. Then we got our pics with her and when I looked at her auto I was surprised to see that she had written, "To Stephanie...with the tiniest waist. Love Victoria Pratt." I was quite sad that the con was over and when me and my friends went to Toney's car, it wouldn't start! So we went back to the con. I really wanted to go back an stare at Vicky and when my frieds were on the phone I was getting all teary eyed cuz I had gotten so attached. SO finally they let me go back and I sat on stage and watched Vicky sign her auto and then while I'm sitting there, One guy dressed as Hercules and another guy come over to talk to me and asked me if I was waiting for an auto and I said no I already had one but our car broke down and we needed jumper cables and amazing as it seems, they had jumper cables!! So we end up getting saved by hercules of all people! This con was great cuz I got to finally meet Vicky but even better...i fell in love with Hudson!!
