Brief Background:
The Wyvern assault carrier is an evolution of the custom-built battleship Uziel
used by the Ark Nova militia during the Space War. Designed to serve as the
center of the intelligence agency's fleet resources, the ship was also intended
for those rare occasions that required the Preventers to answer a threat with
direct force. Blending the perks of a military transport with a mobile
headquarters and battleship, this unique vessel possesses a mix of attributes
that rival even the United Alliance Armed Forces' flagship, Endeavor.
Particularly devastating is the combination of the two forward particle cannons
and the 360 degree rotating gun "arms" that unfold from the rear stern of the
hull.
Since the near destruction of the Preventers, the Wyvern has become more than
just another capital ship. It serves as the mobile base, and home, for the
surviving agents, a research and development center for the accompanying staff
of Landon Technologies, and a symbol to help rally support for the new
anti-Requiem rebellion. This being said, it comes as no surprise that the Wyvern
is now constantly being overhauled and fitted with new weapons and equipment
brought by the Landon staff. Most of the changes they make on a nearly daily
basis, however, are very minor, though one can't help but expect something more
daring right around the corner.
