Check Out This Page!:

"The Internet Home Of New York's Finest"

Prosay has been invited to check out an outstanding Web Page entitled, "The Internet Home of New York's Finest" The page designers have put a lot of effort into this good looking, and widely interesting, Site!

The colorful Home Page is in frames format, with a good selection of NYPD-oriented topics, from a page containing the Patrol Guide, to a History Page that relates the famous Mosque Incident at Lenox Ave. and W. 116th St., to a Fitness page that even tells you the best time to have a cup of coffee to help you stay awake during the midnight tour. Prosay was particularly impressed with the references to the History of the job, something too many forget, or really don't know about. In addition to the above mentioned Mosque Incident (where Ed Koch's favorite PC, Ben Ward sold out a dead cop and the job for political purposes {Ward, at the time, was the Deputy Commissioner of Community Affairs} ), a Photo Section has interesting pictures of "old" RMP's (but Prosay really doesn't think 1968 is too old!)

Be sure to check out the Message Board and read about an upcoming "benefit concert" at the Meadowlands to benefit a convicted cop killer!

Membership to access this Page is restricted, however. New members must submit tax number info and their Academy class number, as well as a $2.50 membership fee via credit card. This is a nominal fee, and we would assume it is instituted to restrict the access, more than run the Page, since there is a number of advertisements.

Quite frankly, this is the type of Page Prosay would like to have, but time restrictions on our part makes it impossible.

If you are an NYPD cop (active, retired, or former), and have a credit card, make it a point to stop by this Web Site!
