Health cake

This cake is easy to make, and very tasty too.the recipe was taken from a book

What you need:

  • 15 palms
  • 15 dried apricots
  • 20 pecans
  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of molsa or honey
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
  • 2 cups of whosewheat flour
  • 5 spoons of orange juice
  • What you need to do

  • Heat the oven to 180C or 350F
  • Cut the palms, apricots and the pecans to small pieces.mix the boiled water with the baking soda
  • Put the cuted fruits in a big bowl and put all the intergreits in the bowl except the water, then mix while adding the water until we get a homogenous mix
  • Bake for 30 minutes and let it cool
