Health cake
This cake is easy to make, and very tasty too.the recipe was taken from
a book
What you need:
15 palms
15 dried apricots
20 pecans
1 cup of boiled water
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of molsa or honey
1/2 cup of sunflower oil
2 cups of whosewheat flour
5 spoons of orange juice
What you need to do
Heat the oven to 180C or 350F
Cut the palms, apricots and the pecans to small pieces.mix the boiled
water with the baking soda
Put the cuted fruits in a big bowl and put all the intergreits in the
bowl except the water, then mix while adding the water until we get a
homogenous mix
Bake for 30 minutes and let it cool
