CAN A JUDGE PROVOKE A MAN TO MURDER?

By Donald Simmons

Can a judge provoke a man to murder? With the recent double-murder/suicide in Ozark, Alabama the question has a clear and definite answer --- YES! Of course, this question was answered when the first such incident happened years ago after the judicial system decided to make all fathers candidates for the "Deadbeat Dad Syndrome." Judges consistently award enormous amounts of money and separate fathers and their children. Occasionally, a man comes along that just cannot live with the rape of his father's role in the family, thus, he takes his frustrations out the only way he can. Because there is no recourse in the system without huge sums of money to burn, anger and frustration snowball. The result is an angry person bent on getting someone's attention at any cost. Words have failed and offer no means to an end. There is no guarantee if he were to spend ten life savings, that he would even get to see his children. What savings aren't squandered in a system created for one sole winner, will be transferred to the ex-wife in the form of child support with no accountability for the money.

The judicial system refuses to acknowledge itself as the second major component of the problem. Common sense played no part in the judgement handed down in Ozark, Alabama. Common sense would tell any sensible, rational person that no one could survive financially if he or she cannot feed, clothe, provide shelter, or fund their way back and forth to work. There is not a future for a person perplexed by this situation. He cannot work because he cannot afford to. No one cares, no one listens, but, the lawyers, the judges, and the mothers all win while daddies and children lose.

At some point it has to be addressed before more innocent people die. For a moment, think of where the soldiers and policemen come from that serve in our military and on our streets. Though some may not want to admit it, there may come a time that they may be called upon to kill to protect our livelihood. These men and women come from our society where the same people come from that are pushed and shredded by the judicial system, because the system can, and money is there for them to claim. The divorce industry means big money for people in key places.

Blame? Point a finger at the system. The judges who preside over these cases and do extreme things to undeserving people. It could actually be fair to all. Many of these people who commit these heinous acts are simply doing the only thing they have left to equal the aggression of the law when the law fails to protect the interest of all parties concerned. Until then, expect to hear of another judge or "god" somewhere who hammers another father into financial ruin, and another murder/suicide unveil.
