| On March 2, 2000, the judge presiding over my son's trial,
threw out the case against him. She also gave the unscrupulous female a
lecture on her over dramatizing, embellishing and the inconsistencies
in her story.
My son is acquitted with NO criminal charges on his record! I only wish that the judge would have fined the accuser to cover all court and lawyer fees!!! But we are thankful this is all over! I hope others can learn from this and wake up to the fact
that there are a lot of females out there using this law, which was originally
set up to protect them, as a weapon to get their revenge!
