THE CONSTITUTIONAL DECEPTION

It is so sad, that so many people that I have talked to, do not even know what the Constitution of the united states is, much less what the contents are. I had a prominent newspaper reporter with a major newspaper tell me, "THE CONSTITUTION...OH THAT PERTAINS TO ENGLAND." I am going to go over a few points of the Constitution and Bill of Rights with you and then you can take it from there. First of all, the Constitution, was created as the contract, or compact between the original thirteen states known as the "several states," and what we know now as the federal government. It was designed for the purpose of telling government what they can't do. In other words this was a list of guide lines for the federal government. It did not have anything to do with you or I, (We the People). The Constitutions of the several states, was the contract, or compact between you and I,(We the People), as long as it was congruent with the Constitution of the united states. In reality, we are actually under the Declaration of Independence.

People today say, we are losing our constitutitonal rights it seems like more each day. That could be a true statement however, in these days of contract law, one could and will lose some of their constitutional rights just by signing a contract or just by making an incorrect statement. People... you have to know what is in the contents of contracts you sign, before you sign. You have to have an understanding of the constitution and how to keep your rights.

Now then, here are some points; According to the constitution, "ARTICLE IV SECTION 4", it states, "THE UNITED STATES SHALL GUARANTEE TO EVERY STATE IN THIS UNION A REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT." The question is where the hell did the word democracy come from? The difference is, a REPUBLIC, is where the minority rules. As long as I am not endangering someone else's life, liberty or property I can do what I please. That is the way it is suppose to be. A democracy means the majority rules rules. I do not need someone telling me what I can or can't do, as long as I stated... not endangering someone else. I at this time, cannot seem to find anywhere how we became a democracy and by what authority.

"ARTICLE I PARAGRAPH 16 CLAUSE 1", and THE TENTH AMENDMENT, defines the united states. Article I Clause 1, defines the united states as ten square miles. Today that ten square miles means Washington D.C., American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. In the tenth amendment of the Bill of Rights, it once again enumerates the definition of the united states...Click on the preceeding links and see for yourself. If you live in TEXAS state, OHIO state etc, then you live in one of the several states. THEREFORE, you do not live in the united states. This makes a big difference in how you interpret federal laws."TITLE 18, UNITED STATES CODE, SECTIONS 5, 6, AND 7" further defines the united states and its jurisdiction. Click on the preceeding TITLE 18, and when you get there, just click on next to get to section 6 then next to get to section 7.

Now lets go to "THE SECOND AMENDMENT". Now let us break it down to the legal meaning.

REGULATE: To fix, establish, or control.

MILITIA: The body of citizens in a state, enrolled for discipline as a military force, but not engaged in actual service except in emergencies, as distinguished from regular troops or a standing army.

NATIONAL GUARD: Organization of men maintained as a reserve for the U.S. Army and Air Force. Members serve on a state wide- basis but are subject to being activated for federal service as well as state emergencies.

NECESSARY: An article which a party actually needs, things proper and useful, for the sustenance of human life.

RIGHT: Powers of free action, a power, privilege, or immunity guaranteed under a constitution.

BEAR: To support, sustain, or carry.

ARMS: Anything that a man wears for his defense, or takes in his hands as a weapon.

INFRINGEMENT: A breaking into; a trespass or encroachment upon; a violation of a law, regulation, contract, or right.

Now then, in the TEXAS state constitution the right to bear arms enumerates the same thing the united states constitution states except, at the end it says... subject to legislation. Immedialty, the words subject to legislation, is null and void, because it is not congruent with the united states constitution. The second amendment says what it says nothing more, nothing less. It does not say what kind of arms you cannot carry, it does not say how old you must be, and it does not have any restrictions on where one can bear arms. The word infringement was put in along with right, to make it final that WE THE PEOPLE have the right to bear arms.

Not one thing has changed the second amemdment althought they, the government would like you to think it has been changed. Remember what I stated about signing contracts. Here in TEXAS state and many of the other several states, they have a concealed weapons permit. You pay money for someone to teach you the proper use of said weapon. Thats okay, as everyone should have knowledge of their weapon. Then you pay money for a concealed weapons permit. NOW what you have done... is to contract with your state, and are now subject to the rules and regulations which means that you can only carry where and when they tell you to. You have just waived your second amendment right to bear arms when in fact the second amendment was your permit to bear arms in the first place. By the way as you can see in the aforementioned definitions a Militia is NOT the same as the NATIONAL GUARD.

REMEDY

Okay I hear what you're saying...right, if you get caught with a weapon without a permit they will put you in jail under a felony charge, and subject you to a fine, probation, and/or prison. While that is a likely possibility, one must stand their ground when it comes to these issues. Everywhere I go on this internet I see people stating this is not right and that is not right, but never offering any remedy to the situation. Here is the way this goes down. First of all...ALL ELECTED OFFICIALS, POLITICIANS, PEACE OFFICERS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS MUST SWEAR OUT AN OATH OF AFFIRMATION, AND THIS DOCUMENT MUST BE ON FILE WITH THE SECRETARY FROM WHATEVER OF THE SEVERAL STATES THEY RESIDE IN. ALONG WITH THIS OATH OF AFFIRMATION UPON ENTERING OFFICE THEY MUST SWEAR TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION SO HELP THEM GOD. You can write to the Secretary of which ever state you reside in and get a copy of this document on any of the aforementioned officers for a fee. If they do not have one on file that office is vacant and that person can and should be impeached immediately. So now here is the sceniaro... a cop stops you...he finds a weapon (incidently the only way he can search you is for you to give your permission and you should never do that)...he asks you for your permit or tells you that you cannot carry this weapon. The first thing you tell him is your permit is the second amendment, then ask him if he has filed an oath of affirmation and has sworn to uphold the constitution so help him GOD. Now then if he says yes... then you must tell him that he should then know that under the second amendment you have the right, and he should know that or otherwise he should have not sworn out the oath. Remember that on my first page under LAW OF THE LAND, it stated that every law must be congruent with the constitution or no one is bound to obey it and no judge is bound to enforce it. I myself would stick with this scenario till the end, otherwise if you get caught up in their contract law along with all their plea bargins, they will try to extract all the revenue they can from you along with probation or jail time and you will under their law never be able to carry a weapon again. One more thing, if they ever confiscate your weapon, what ever you do, DO NOT ASK FOR IT BACK BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE DONE WITH IT WHILE IT WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION. The question now is, will the officer let you go or will he agree that you do have said right to carry the weapon. This will depend on whether the officer understands what he has sworn to or not. If he does not understand what he has sworn to and arrests you under state statutes, then I will say to him, lets go...end of case.
