STALIN'S 10 PRINCIPLES OF SUCCESS IN THE WORKPLACE

We can't all be as godlike and wonderful as Comrade Stalin, but if you follow these 10 simple principles in your everyday life, you'll be sure to be successful no matter what you do.

1.  The end ALWAYS justifies the means.

2.  When you do something wrong, blame someone else.  If that doesn't work, DENY.

3.  If a co-worker comes up with a good idea, try to take credit for it.

4.  Violence can be a powerful tool of persuasion.  When conflicts arise with your co-workers, don't be afraid to use force.

5.  Always keep yourself surrounded by loyal co-workers.  If they start to question you, replace them as quickly as possible.

6.  Don't dwell on the past--change it!

7.  Never allow anyone to have something that you don't have.

8. Always be on the lookout for anything you can use to discredit your critics.

9.  Know that your way is the only way.  Anyone who opposes you will bring ruin upon the whole workplace.

10. Never trust ANYONE.  If you suspect that people are talking behind your back, they probably are.
