In a possible explanation for the amazing phenomenon, Hurray & Mernstein looked upon the ancestors of the current-day american "Aryans" and found these to be the trash and scum of Europe that were banned to the "New World" 300 years ago. Three centuries of inbreeding proofed to be enough to shrivel their penises to miniscule sizes. On questions on whether this could be seen as nature's way of terminating these species, the authors refused to comment, although on the last pages of their book the do speculate in this area.

On the other end of the scale, it was found that the tribe of Batavarians, found in Northwestern Europe, were the record holders in worldwide penis-sizes! In an illuminating example the authors compared the largest Batavarian penis with the smallest American Aryan penis found, a bewildering 32.3 cm (12 1/8") difference!!!!!
