Gentlemen,
There are some interesting things going on in the States of Vermont
and New Hampshire. There are acts of absolute genocide being committed
against a group of people. All of the State government agencies and the
Federal agencies are totally ignoring all communications. Our people are
being arrested without proper warrants, held without reading them their
rights, robbed of their property, forced off their lands.
There is one individual living in a junk yard, was robbed by a convicted
felon, out on probation, called the police, yet the police do nothing at
all. The chief of our people was arrested this month, without his rights
being read to him. The chief requested public documents relating to his
arrest, the police refuse. The chief has reported several crimes, including
a rape and the police took no action at all.
The chief of our people, Chief David A. Hill has repeatedly gone to
the ACLU and they refused to help. He went to the Department of Transportation,
Civil Rights Officer about a beating he received from the Vermont State
Troopers, again no action. He went to Leo Trudell, again no action, but
Leo Trudell was rewarded, appointed by Governor Dean, putting him on the
Council of Indian Affairs. They were shown all the documents and do nothing.
His wife was raped at knife point, by Allan Bluto, living across the
street, and also robbed them, and yet again no police action.
It seems that no one will stand up to Governor Howard Dean, who was
also shown all the documentation, yet again no action. A person claiming
to be Chief, Homer St. Francis, is in fraud and all the cases he has in
the Vermont Courts are in fraud also, along with all the court system.
This includes the Elliot Decision.
Also the Attorney General's office is also guilty of genocide. Robert
Wright, the convicted felon that is putting a junk yard in an area that
is not welcomed by the town. yet he robs a member of our tribe and the
police do nothing. Since when is robbery a civil matter? He stole a van,
that is grand theft auto, yet the police do nothing.
The Chief also reports a great deal of fraud in connection with Homer
St. Francis and the State government and also the court system. They refuse
to grant access to public documents relating to the arrests and records
of Homer St. Francis. The courts refuse to recognize any motions, no one
wishes to hear anything from Chief Hill, the True Chief.
The ACLU continues to ignore any claims no matter how much documentation
is shown to them. Paul Birch was contacted several times, he said that
nothing could be done. Why is that? None of the agencies will perform the
functions they were intended to perform. Why do the newspapers not reveal
these facts for the public? Leslie Williams of the ACLU was sent letters
to show the discrimination and genocide, yet the genocide still goes on.
Russell Lafeyette kidnaped Stan Davis, a member of the tribe, held him
in a building, yet the police do not respond. Why is our Chief being arrested
on here say, yet no one will act when a crime is committed against our
Chief or against our members? We even have the Governor running for President?
Yet some of the officials, such as Barbara Snelling is on our side and
willing to listen. She cares and has a heart, but why not the rest? Her
whole family has been supportive.
There is so much detail that cannot be included, as this message is
being typed by me on the phone with the Chief and has offered for anyone
to call him and meet with him to see the documents that prove all the allegations
as being fact. The complete genocide, according to International Law, includes
the degradation and digging up of our burial grounds all over Vermont.
The Re-burial Act, is genocide, "an odious scourge" according
to the United Nations covenants, and signed by the United States, and a
violation of International Law. The entire system of courts and legal agencies
block every move. The UN has also failed to respond. If we were to remove
one single person buried in a military cemetery, what a real assault on
us would occur from the government and an immediate arrest. Yet our burial
grounds are dug up and the artifacts sold on the open market. Would you
like your loved one sold on the open market and shown in some museum in
Italy or Japan?
The judges are accessories before and after the fact, the attorney general,
the governor, the senators, the State Police, the local police, all are
in conspiracy against this one person who is just trying to get our people
employed. This land belongs to the Abanaki, we never signed any treaty
giving up any of our sovereign rights. You can read any history book you
wish to about this land, about the towns formed on it and you will see
that all historians have admitted that all the indigenous people were sovereign
nations apart from any other government when the whites stole aboriginal
lands. Yet WE never signed any document to give up this sovereignty and
still own this land. The Federal Government has recognized this sovereignty
for 160 years or more. We just want to survive, we are not looking for
all the land, just a share. Is there not enough room in this State to house
a few of the actual owners of the land? Are there not just a few resources
left from this land to support the actual indigenous peoples that are STILL
occupying this area? Are there not means by which an entire nation can
be heard in the press? Is there still so much power held by so few that
these people will die? Is there no compassion left in the world that these
people continue to die and suffer while monies go oversees to help children
of other nations? Is there no justice in this world? Is there no voice
that can be heard above all the powers that can be? This land is the sole
property of the Wabanaki International Sovereign Nation. The police station,
fire station and town halls are all located on burial grounds. Burial grounds
are located in Great Meadows, Vermont (Westminster), Fort Dummer, our recognized
first reservation, which means that the Federal Government has in fact
recognized our tribe! These burial grounds are in Putney, Newfane, Townshend
and many other towns. The churches are all on our burial grounds also.
Is there no way that these things will be revealed by the media, or are
they all in bed with the governments, or are they in the governments pockets
too?
To quote our chief, "They are all eating shit and barking at the
Moon!"
