Web Page Design
Okay. Since people have asked me, the long and short of the matter is, YES ! I will design low cost web pages, both for personal use and business.
I Require The Following From You
Before I can adequately build your page, I need to know the following:
- Personal Page or Business Site. Obviously one will cost more than the other.
- Written assurance that the site will in no way be related to pornography of any kind, software cracks or hacking, or anything that in the eyes of the legal eagles would be considered criminal in nature.
- FTP access to your site.
- Whether you wish for me to maintain the site for you after it has been uploaded.

My Fees
Personal Sites - Personal sites are done for $75.00. This includes
- upto 5 pages of html
- 2 separate background color schemes throughout the site
- 3 graphics (1 animated, 2 regular) or 1 animated banner
- upto 5 internal links (targets)
- upto 10 external links (http://)
- listing with Yahoo!, InfoSeek, Lycos, and 2 other search engines of choice
Business Sites - Business sites start at $250.00, and include:
- upto 10 pages of html
- 4 separate background color schemes throughout the site
- upto 10 graphics (4 animated, 6 regular) or 3 animated and 3 banners
- upto 10 internal links (targets)
- upto 15 external links (http://)
- listings with upto 15 search engines
- 2 forms
- upto 3 tables
Business sites get two non-cost revisions, personal sites one. ALL OTHER REVISIONS are done at the rate of $30.00 per revision. RE-DOING THE ENTIRE SITE is not considered as a revision.
Each additional page of html is done at the rate of $10.00 per page. Frames are done for an additional $30.00. Sound files (midi or wave) are $25.00, and each additional graphics file is $5.00. Java Script is at the rate of $10.00 per script. This applies to all sites.
I will additionally conduct site maintenance (updates to your page) at the rate of $25.00 per update.
I DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS OR PURCHASE ORDERS. I deal in ONLY TWO (2) FORMS OF PAYMENT - CASH OR MONEY ORDER. It's not that I don't trust you, but I have been burned and did not like the fire.Once payment has been made, I will upload your site within two hours.
