By far the best astronaut address list is published by J�rgen Esders. It lists current and past astronauts/cosmonauts as well as signing habits. It also has a short tutorial for collecting their autographs as well. The list also covers Test Pilots, NASA Administrators / Engineers and even the surviving members of Von Braun's rocket team.
