In an effort to semi-control access to my address pages, I have adopted a new procedure whereby users must first login. The list that I maintain is currently the only such one available on the internet, and as such I personally feel the necessity that some sort of moderation be implemented. By doing so, I hope to develop some kind of idea about the number of people using these addresses, and also retain the ability to deny access to any person who I feel is abusing these addresses. It is NOT aimed to limit access in any way to collectors who wish to use them. There are no fees to pay, this page is and will remain a free service. I simply require that everyone fill out the below form with the necessary information. Any comments on this new procedure are most welcome.


IMPORTANT NOTICE!

Please note that due to certain concerns expressed, I am currently NOT registering any new users for these pages. This also applies to individuals who have sent their information in past few months. It is required that I re-evaluate this registering process, with one of two possible changes: 1) the process whereby a user registers and is approved will be changed, or 2) the address portion of this website will be discontinued. I know that will be dissapointing to many people, but those are the only options available at the moment. For that I sincerely apologize.

New users please feel free to submit your information now. When the new process is adopted, you will be notified of either your password or if you have to do anything else. However, I will not be able to respond to registration requests until that time. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will be able to bear with me through these changes.
