One of the greatest moments in my college career came when I was only a freshman. It was during Band Camp, and after a long day of hard work, my section leader made an announcement that he wished to see several freshmen after practice. I just knew that I was about to hear something bad, that I was being sent home or moved to another section because I couldn't cut it. Edwin Grace stood proudly before out humble little group and annouced that he and the other brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi wanted us to be apart of their colony for their chapter had not yet been established. Thant was the fall of 1982 and it would take until 1984 for Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio Invincible Marching Marauders to receive its very own chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi. On the First day of June 1984 Theta Delta Chapter was born with myself and ten (10) other brothers as Charter Members. It was a day that I shall never forget and I am reminded of that evening every time my eyes fall on the shingle of our chapter.
