4. Be able to discuss biotechnology
issues in a group without becoming angry or inflamatory.
5. Explain the role of biotechnology
in food production prior to the "genetic revolution."
6. How is biotechnology used
to change or modify the characteristics of foods, fibers, medications?
7. Compare and contrast the way
biotechnology was/is used before and after the advent of genetic engineering.
