All Global Stamps Screens have a Navigation Tool Bar. It has 3 parts:

1. Navigation Buttons - from 1 to 4

2. Database Functions Buttons - from 5 to 10

3. Tools Buttons - 11 to 16

obs: the number of Database and Tool Buttons may vary uppon the screen.

Navigation Buttons:

This an easy way to navigate through the records. You can go to the first record, to the last, or the next or to the prior record buttons.

They are the first 4 buttons:

1. Go to First Record

2. Go to Prior Record

3. Go to Next Record

4. Go to Last Record

Database Functions Buttons

They have have database functions like Insert, Exclude and Edit a record, Post or Cancel an Edit, and Refresh Data.

They are the next 6 buttons:

5. Insert a Record

6. Delete a Record

7. Edit a Record

8. Post an Edit

9. Cancel an Edit

10. Refresh the data on screen

Tools Buttons

They have extra functions like print a report, automatic generation of database, export files, etc.

They are the next 6 Buttons:

11. Automaticly Database Generation

12. Insert a Stamp Photo - BMP file

13. Quick Search a Record

14. Print a Report

15. Exit

16. Help

Tips

1. If you keep pressed the next record or the prior record buttons, the system will quickly navigate through the records.

2. If you keep the mouse pointer stopped a time over the button, it will show you a Tip about that button function.
