Tony received the lease for this year. The rent for the field has gone up by $136.00. The new rent and taxes are $100 for rent, $260 for taxes. Last year we paid $224 total. He didn't expect that much of an increase. We are thinking about doing the newsletter for those that have internet to have it posted on the web site a few days before the meeting. Those that do not have internet will still receive the newsletter by Post Office delivery. Also they will get phone calls for club info that come to us by way of the e-mails. The club's Mall Show is going to be March 21-22, 2009. I hope we can have a good turnout at this event. There were no nominations for officers at the last meeting. We, the officers would like to hear from you if you want a change or leave the officers the same or if you would like to be an officer. At the last meeting we were thinking about not having a penalty of $5.00 for paying you dues late. That has changed and are asking that if you can to pay your dues as soon as you can and we would like a donation from those that use the field the most. Let Tony know if its okay to send the club roster by e-mail. Remember that the meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 3PM at the Gethsemane Lutheran Church. The newsletter will be posted by Friday or Saturday before the meeting. I hope to hear from you if you like or dislike the e-mailing and what's going on with the newsletter.
