| PROGRAM MISSION STATEMENT The Mission of the Home Health Aide Program is to provide education and skills to individuals who have demonstrated desire and ability to provide health care services to individuals in need of special supportive health assistance services in their homes. PROGRAM OBJECTIVE The Home Health Aide is qualified to provide care in the patient�s home; they function under the supervision of the Nurse. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES This is a high demand occupation. Florida has an increased aged population and therefore, a very high percentage of people who require home health care. |
