A variety of projects were undertaken for the Finance Department of the City of Edmonton. The major ones are outlined here.

• Controlling the spiralling cost of photocopying
  
• Managing municipal Mail Services (in addition to current job) when the Supervisor suffered a heart attack,
  and reorganising staff in order to mitigate differences between employees.
  
• Rewriting instruction manuals, guides to procedures, and policy statements.
