In first commercial position ran a national sales office in the service industry with 25 staff. Increased productivity by 25% while reducing staff through attrition by 20%.

Over a period of 18 months, administered office and hired staff.

Used some of military experience in interviewing technique - was latterly by trade Interrogator in British Army.

Latterly managed three Assistant Buyers at the City of Edmonton, and trained them in the use of electronic purchasing systems.
