Attended Offshore Banking Seminar in Los Angeles in 1980; subsequently kept uptodate in this field and in 1993 launched nine companies in the State of Nevada, which offered similar but superior financial advantages.

Visited Cyprus in 1981 and met with the Minister of Finance and other government officials to discuss their objectives in introducing offshore banking facilities in that country.
