Cyimallus

Cyimallas (Pronounced Kai-mall-us) is a continent that has had a war raging somewhere for
over two thousand years. The land is broken up into several kingdoms whose boarders rarely
stay the same from one year to the next.

Cymalta is the oldest of the Nobel Houses, its currently ruled by King Brenard Caine, he has sat on the throne for nearly three decades. The city of Cymalta has a population of roughly 60,000, and the King has an army of nearly 5,000, 1,000 of which are Heavy Mounted Calvary. Due to the cities location it is rarely attacked, but the lands of Cymalta are never long at peace.

The Nobel House of Dorenth is ruled by Queen Frances Savoy, she was ten years old when her parents were assassinated and she became queen, she is now twenty years old. The City of Dorenth is a medium sized city with a population of around 30,000. The House has roughly 2,500 troops under arms, but due to Dorenth's position on the continent, Queen Savoy is nearly under constant attack, so she must hire vast numbers of Mercenaries.

The Nobel House of Floriseth is ruled by King David Rammes, he is the oldest of all the rulers of Cyimallas, he is nearly seventy years old. The city of Floriseth is a large port city, King Rammes has a large navy. The cities population is roughly 50,000 and King Rammes has an army of 3,500.

Nobel House Jorentor is probably the safest of all the kingdoms. Ruled by King Ardeth Paltaras who has only been on the throne for a few years. The city of Jorentor is built into the side of a mountain range that is also inhabitated by a large dwarven population. The population of the city of Jorentor is about 40,000. The concentric rings of Jorentor work their way up the side of the mountain, each section is protected by a massive stone wall. King Paltaras also has the most fixed siege weapons of any of the other lords, so assaulting his city is not a wise idea. And his standing army of 3,000 knights is backed up by 1,500 dwarves troops and a vast array of mobile siege weapons as well.

The city of Nurmansk is not really a Nobel House, although it used to be. The kingdom is ruled by King Timorun the Usurper. He is a Sea Elf that took the kingdom by force nearly five hundred years ago. He has since made it an open city for trade and commerece and as such his kingdom has prospered. The city of Nurmansk has a population of around 25.000

The Sea of the Silver Sky is a large inland sea that has no rivers flowing into or out of it. It gets its name because the surface always appears silver, due to the bottom of the sea being covered with a silvery substance.

The Eventyen forest is a slowly dwindling forest that provides most of the wood to the entire continent. A group of elves from Farlanth came to the forest hundreds of years ago to try to save it, but they are constantly having to fend off troops of the various lords wanting timber or fight the chaos creatures that are showing up.

The Soralak mountains are the only substantial mountain range on the continent. The dwarves that dwelled there have long since moved to the mountains in the kingdom of Jorentor. Some humans still work the mines that the dwarves left, but there is little there.
