Every time former Vice-President Dick Cheney pipes up about the prospect of a Nuclear 9-11 to be detonated in the continental United States with hundreds of thousands of American casualties, I am alerted to Mr. Cheney's suspected involvement with Rafi Eitan, a Mossad agent whose namesake is currently a member of the Israeli Cabinet.
