Schnitzel

You will need:

4 Porksteak, boneless, (Veal or Chicken otional)
tenderize
2 eggs, beaten
Flour (optional) Mustard (optional)
Breadcrumbs
Salt, Pepper
Margerine

Dry tenderized meat with papertowel, spice it, (rubbed on mustard optional).
Turn in flour (optional), turn in eggs and then in breadcrumbs, press a little.
Heat margerine in frying pan, when hot fry Schnitzel over medium heat,
until brown. Place in oven at low heat until you are ready to serve.
Make your sauce in the frying pan and it will be nice and thick.

Serve with mashed potato, baked potato, rice or pasta. A nice garden salad and or vegetables
