Naturschnitzel

You will need:

You will need to do the same thing as if you would make Schnitzel.

4 Porksteak, boneless, (Veal or Chicken otional)
tenderize
Salt,Pepper

Dry tenderized meat with papertowel, spice it.
Heat margerine in frying pan, when hot fry Schnitzel over medium heat,
until brown. Place in oven at low heat until you are ready to serve.
Make your sauce in the frying pan and it will be nice and thick.
Here is where we do other things.
You can just make a regular sauce with it.
Or you can add some white wine
Or add some cream to sauce.
Or some milk.
Or even just herbs and spices.

Your done!

Serve with mashed potato, baked potato, rice or pasta. A nice garden salad and or vegetables
