A gigantic
black bird with no feet has been reported flying around
this small
Texas community. Reports were so numerous in the 1970s
that several
Fortean researchers traveled here to catch a glimpse
of the
creature. But Mexicans of the area already knew what it was.
The bird
was the legendary Lachusa, the whistling giant that appears
to evil
people. The greater the evil, the longer Lachusa will linger.
LOCATION
Robstown
is twelve miles west of Corpus Christi on Highway 44.
