The Witches' Circle is proud to announce that it is currently running a chat room on the MSN Comic Chat server (comicsrv2.microsoft.com port6667). The name of the room is #Ask-A-Witch. The room is ment for both Witches and the Witch-curious to meet and discuss Pagan topics as well as ask questions. The room has been operating off and on for about a year and a half and has been recieved quite well. If you have mIRC, Pirch or any of the other IRC chat programs, please come and check us out.

You may from time to time see other hosts pop in and out, but we are currently the only regular hosts. If you would be interested in helping out and being a host, please come and chat with us for a while and let us get to know you. I do from time to time look for others that have the same level of interest and seriousness and would like to be a host. Please message me privately if you would like to be considered for a host position.
As with any somewhat organized chat room, we do have some guidelines that we ask our visitors please follow. Remember, I am not saying that I am an expert in Wicca or Witchcraft. Merely people who has spent most her life involved in it and has lots of experience and knoweldge to share with new-comers or those just curious to hear the truth.
1. Please refrain from being rude to anyone in the chat. If you disagree with their comments, please be kind about you're argument. If if gets out of hand, I ask that you utilize the WHISPER BOX to continue your discussion.
2. Everyone is welcome to the room! Any religion, any age. But please remember that noone has forced you to come here. If you decide that the topic(s) or discussion is offensive to you, please leave. Those that get out of hand in the way of offeneding anyone, be it with foul language or harsh comments and/or bashing, you WILL be BANNED from the chat room. The room is here for the good of all it's visitors and peace and order WILL be kept in the room. 3. If you have come into the Ask-A-Witch room to witness or attempt to convert people with the Gosple, I ask that you please visit The Witches' Voice site and read Sharing the Gosple with Pagans. Threatening anyone in the room who says they are a witch in the name of Jesus WILL BE BANNED. 4. Debate is welcome in the room, but only if it is intelligent, well thought, backed with facts and stays calm and orderly. Those who start shouting matches and such will be either knocked down to spectator status or removed from the room. 5. Feel free to ask any questions that you want. But keep them specific. Questions like "What do witches do?" are going to get just as vague answers. Don't be afraid to ask specific questions. A question that you may think is stupid or silly may also be on the mind of someone else in the room who also may be too shy to ask. 6. I (we) WILL NOT give out spells in the room. I may give examples of how a spell or ritual is done but don't ask me to give you a love spell. Love spells are a no-no anyway, and I will not give any to you. (Ask me and I'll tell you why it's a no-no) 7. Also, just to clarify, this IS NOT a role-playing room, nor is it a joke for Halloween time. Speaking only for myself, I am a real live witch and have been for years. I am a solitary witch and do not work in degrees, so don't ask what degree I am. 8. DO NOT ask to have you're fortune read to you here. The Witches' Circle offeres these services and you can go into the page and read about them. Email me and I'll discuss this with you in private.Please don't look at these rules as limitations on discussion, but as ways to keep it productive. Also remember that the point of the room is to ask questions and join in with the conversation. There is no need to be afraid of us. We wont curse you...promise. =)
