Welcome to Asgeirsdottir Plaza, a small community inside the LEGO City of Chris Fortier that adds a sense of life to the community. This place is lit up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is fun for people of all ages. The plaza attempts to mix the quaint atmosphere of the small town downtown and the hip-hop feel of a Latin Quarter. The bubbly atmosphere is what keeps people coming back. Below is the plaza on its Grand Opening May 30, 2000. The Plaza will be open to limited traffic such as hotel shuttles and valet parking 24 hours a day. The intimate atmosphere will help businesses in this area do business. The arena hosts around 35-45 events a month making every day a busy day for the people who run the businesses here. Rent here is high, about $6000 a month. This is what resides in Asgeirsdottir Plaza:

Here is the Plaza under construction May 15, 2000. This plaza since it was located within a closed space, took about 25 days to complete. Construction was the longest in history a building in the LEGO City of Chris Fortier has been built.
