NEBET HET - Lady of Darkness and Mystery. I don't know much about Her as of yet, but She is visiting me more and more, helping me to understand Her.
I do know She loves her husband Set very, very much. She wanted to give Him a child and would do anything to accomplish this. I do not want to go into details here, as the stories have been told many times. Suffice to say that Anpu is Her son, regardless of who the father is.
Nebet Het, to me, feels like the dark, deep purple of midnight. Shrouded in mystery, and often misunderstood because of Her secrets, She does not share too much of Herself with mankind. But She is always near...hidden in the shadows.
