Morbid state of my existence
A glass of red wine
A hint of her perfume
Intoxicating
The essence of her being
The sweet taste of her breath
The gentle way she placed a kiss
Weight of her breast
Lying on my chest
A way she could make me forget
Everything wrong in the world
Lost in her sex
Bathed in the light of her existence
My heart ached with the weight
Of loving someone so much
Her voice echoes in my mind
Sweet sound of her laughter
From the smile on her face
To the sparkle in her eyes
The passion she brought to my life
I sit now and reflect
Memories are all I have left
No more passion in my life
No more strength
I remember she said
"All things must end
Nothing is forever"
Nothing
