20 Years experience with systems management and operation: including mainframe and PC networks

25 years programming in COBOL, FORTRAN, VBASIC, C, plus others and 4th generations languages.
13 Years teaching a minimum of 30 weeks per year
15 Years in Corporate Systems Engineering and Instruction

-Internet Web work: HTML and Java coding, creation of web pages, setting up businesses on the
 Web, e-mail, distance learning cgi scripting for interactive classes/grading.

-Short term SWAT type work of 1-8 weeks; and longer consulting for growth and productivity

- Stressing the current company's  methods of management and procedures: from  everyday examples
 Increase employee skill level and decrease stress levels with private and small group consulting .
 
-Teaching computer students and problems solving and trouble shooting skills - techniques for this and more permanent solution than calling in the SWAT teams - teach good documentation and troubleshooting skills.  Keep up to date: how to keep up to date quickly on a subject without overload. By means of interactive training web sites and distance learning.
