Most merciful
God, I confess that I am by nature sinful and unclean

deserve your present and eternal punishment
For the sake
of your son Jesus Christ, have mercy on me

I confess my
trangressions unto you , Lord, and you forgive the iniquity of my sin
Almighty god,
merciful father, I a por miserable sinner, confess unto thee all my sins and
iniquities with which I have ever offened you and others and justly desere your
temporall and eternal punishment.
But I am
heartil sorry for them and sincerely repent of them, and I pray you of your
boundless mercy and for the holy
innocent, bitter sufferings and death of your beloved Son, Jesus Christ to be
gracious and merciful to me a poor sinful being.
