Thank You, Lord, for the Bible, for its truth that gives us salvation, a purpose to live for, a self to live with and a faith to live by. Thank you Jesus. Thank You for people that are even now moving from doubt to faith.Thank you for _______ They are thinking differently.

Dear heavenly Father, we thank You that You are touching lives with Your goodness. Give us the faith and conviction to declare our goals. Give us the conviction to move forward in faith knowing that with You we cannot fail. Help us to turn our failures into success by knowing that You have our best at heart. We love You, Lord. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we thank You that You are here ... that You are real ... that You are our God ... that You’re in the process of moving, shaping and directing ... that you’re a God who will continue to help us succeed. And so we thank You, Lord, for everything You’re doing in our lives, today, tomorrow, and always. Amen.

"Oh dear God, what in the world am I going to say?"

I’ve shared a story that many of you have read in our congregational newspaper. It is a story of the lady who was dedicated to her faith in Jesus Christ and to her church. When she knew the path ahead of her life was short, she said to her pastor, "I want to plan my funeral with you."

He said, "Okay."

She said, "First of all, I want an open casket. I want them to see me holding my Bible in my left hand so they can see that is the book I’ve lived with all my life. In my right hand I want one of the plastic forks that we use here in our church kitchen when we have our church suppers."

Taken aback, her pastor asked, "Plastic fork? Why a plastic fork?"

She replied, "I’m glad you asked because I want you to tell everyone. They’ll all wonder what’s with a plastic fork." She said, "You just tell them that I have been at every church dinner in this church since I’ve been a member. I haven’t missed a supper, and every time when they take our plate away and we have to wait for the dessert, they say, ‘Keep your fork, the best is yet to come!"

All things are Possible

All things are Possible

Heavenly Father, I am not limited in doing what You have called me to do. Jesus, my Lord, said that everything is possible for him who believes. Lord, I believe; help my unbelief. The circumstances, finances, connections, the skilled people and the anointing needed to fulfill your will have already been provided. You have made every provision I will ever need. I affirm that no word from my Father is without power or impossible of fulfillment! I will stand and look to You for all my needs. Amen
