Steps:
1. Go to Geocities.com, then go to neighborhoods, and choose a neighborhood to live in

are used to edit your web page

3. You can create your own web page, by starting in
MS Office Word 97, or Frontpage, or Netscape composer
You can do stuff in powerpoint, paintbrush, or Word, or excell
then copy/past it into Composer or Frontpage.
4. "Upload" - down at the bottom of your geocities file manager screen
