Our vision of the future calls for action in the present. We need to thoroughly indoctrinate our people in the Word of God, that is the children, young people and adults, because they are the church of tomorrow. Hence, much work is needed in the production of scripture lessons, training of leaders, and guidance in what constitutes spiritual worship in the house of God. We encourage and currently are engaged in assisting through prayer and financial support the pioneering of new churches. Also, short term mission experience for young adults is an area that needs more emphasis, hoping that a burden to serve Christ in missions at home and around the world may grow out of such efforts.

As the Lord calls workers into the harvest fields we want to be able to support them, both spiritually and financially. This will only be possible as we see growth in our individual churches and by other churches of like vision and conviction coming into Association with the SGBA. We hope and pray for such progress because the challenges we face demand a much larger and stronger support base. Individual churches operating alone cannot do the things that are urgently needed today.

We need to provide Biblical answers that will enable us to take firm positions regarding the key issues of our day and to stand ready to support any of our brethren who suffer for righteousness sake.

Our desire is that through the blessing of the Lord, for us to be a network of golden candlesticks across the country and around the world, shining as "lights in the darkness" as we preach and live for Christ, unto the praise of the glory of His grace.
