Book reviews

This page contains reviews of books we have read, enjoyed and recommend to kindred spirits. Needless to say, we read more books than we have the time to review.

The length and depth of our reviews indicates the time and headspace available to us at the point of reading, not how much we esteem a particular book. Any book reviewed here means "we benefitted from reading this book and we recommend it to you".
