The program offers child care programs for children enrolled in grades K-6. Bus service to and/or from the four public elementary schools in Mililani is included in the program.

The BASS calendar follows the public school calendar, and accommodates waiver days and year-round calendars. During the regular school session, the program begins at 5:45 A.M. and ends at 6:00 P.M. The summer program begins at 6:00 A.M. and ends at 6:00 P.M. Various plans are available to include before-school care, after-school program, full day summer program, or afternoon summer program (after summer school).
